We were formed in December 2007 and are based in Scholes Mill at Tansley, just outside Matlock in the picturesque Derbyshire Dales.

We own and manage over 5,000 homes in the Derbyshire and Leicestershire areas, through our subsidiaries Dales Housing and Seven Locks Housing.

We aim to meet the needs of our existing and future customers by providing a continually improving and quality housing service.

Seven Locks Housing is a housing company providing over 2,000 homes. We were formed on 3rd December 2007 to receive Harborough District Council’s housing stock following overwhelming support from tenants.
