Background information
Acclaim Housing is a new social housing group, formed in December 2007 and we have two stock owning subsidiaries:
- Dales Housing - formed in March 2002 following the large scale voluntary transfer of over 3,000 properties from Derbyshire District Council.
- Seven Locks Housing - formed In December 2007, following the large scale transfer of over 2,000 homes from Market Harborough District Council.
Acclaim Housing Group provides strategic direction across the group as well as giving a range of services including Financial Services, Human Resources and ICT.
Our goals are to help our member companies provide high quality homes and excellent services for both existing and future customers, to grow the business and become a strong influence within the region.
Seven Locks Housing is a housing company providing over 2,000 homes. We were formed on 3rd December 2007 to receive Harborough District Council’s housing stock following overwhelming support from tenants.
Dales Housing delivers services to tenants, leaseholders and shared owners in over 3,200 properties. We aim to meet the needs of our existing and future customers by providing a continually improving and quality housing service.
